Initial Inspection

The process is simple and starts with a request for proposal which can be done via e-mail, phone call, or on-line with the click of a mouse.

Our field service representative will inspect the property using a systematic check-list in addition to any client specific requests.

Within 48 hours of your request, we will provide a written, easy to understand inspection report, with digital photos and itemized services and fees.

Basic Services

Our Basic Services provide the most common remedies for REO properties. By utilizing some or all of our Basic Services, you ensure that your properties meet local codes, satisfy neighborhood concerns, deter vandalism and protect against water & fire hazards.
